BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
- A 25% deposit is required to book all parties, thus securing the date.
- An additional 50% is due one week prior to event. Balance is due at end of event.
- Booking confirmation and deposit is requested 3-4 weeks in advance of the function.
- A guarantee of the exact number of guests and the entrée selections for all functions is required 10 days prior to the function. Otherwise, the highest estimated number will be used as the guarantee. Final guarantee is not subject to reduction.
- A room fee will be charged. Fees vary depending on the season, time of the day and day of the week.
- All prices are subject to a 5% meals tax, and a 20% service charge.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Deposits will be refunded only if bookings are cancelled 7 or more days prior to function.
- Any and all dietary requirements need to be pre-arranged upon submission of final guest numbers.
- There is a $1.00 per person plating fee
for desserts/wedding cakes that are supplied by you.
